REAL OR FAKE

Take a look at this EKG. Is the ventricular tachycardia real or fake?






Fake.

Note the QRS complexes marching through the psuedoventricular tachycardia. This pseudoventricular tachycardia was caused by the patient's tremor from Parkinson's disease.
