FIRST OVERSEAS PLACEMENT OF MEM GRADUATE



The first overseas placement of MEM (International) candidate has formally happened last week. Dr Sasha Javid MEM (Int) has been appointed at the following post

Hospital name : The Craigavon Area Hospital ,Lurgan Road, Portadown, Northern Ireland, UK.

Trust :The Southern Health and Social Care Trust .

Post : CT3

Consultant Supervisor : Dr. Paul Kherr

Deanery : Northern Ireland Medical And Dental Training Agency

Thanks to Northern Ireland Deanery and The College of Emergency Medicine (UK) for making this dream a true reality. She has obtained her full medical registration of GMC on 1st July, 2011 based on her training at Max Healthcare in affiliation with The George Washington University, USA.

Sasha was selected for the post by a campus interview on 18th May 2010 by NIMDTA team led by Dr Terry McMurray, Post graduate dean.

On behalf of Dept of Emergency Medicine We Wish Sasha Javid a grand success in her future endeavors in Emergency Medicine.
